Maintaining a lay-led congregation requires a lot of volunteer effort and some actual gelt.

We encourage the participants in our programming to show their support of MJC by actively volunteering their time and contributing financially.

Visitors

We welcome visitors to our community, from parents of students and soldiers to tourists on cross-country adventures, and encourage them to consider supporting the congregation.  In Hebrew numerology, the word "life" corresponds to the number 18 as a result many people choose to donate to Jewish organizations in multiples of $18.

Congregants

For people who would like to affiliate with our community, we suggest monthly contributions at the following levels:

Family ($60 per month)

Single ($30 per month)

Student ($5 per month)

These levels are recommendations and prospective congregants should feel free to speak with our treasurer at mhkjctreasurer@gmail.com directly and confidentially about contributions most in line with their financial circumstances. Monthly contributions can be sent to the P.O. Box above or transferred via direct deposit using this form.
